Pose technique is an efficient way to run. This tech is more efficient to run faster, prevent injury and you'll save more energy and oxygen consumption. If you want to make your PR (personal record) you have dare to try this technique. I've tried this technique, and the result was I can run more faster and it also save my energy while I'm running. what is the best way to land our feet when we are running?
hhmm...sbnarnye kalo landing heel dulu paling bahaye...boleh efect long term injury..konsep pose tech tak gune heel..tapi gune ball of foot..atau middle foot...
Thanks for your comments, actually running with heels give benefit only better for shock absorption than the two method land with toe and mid foot, its suitable if we jogs slowly like during the recovery period before race day, like you said, landing with heels is actually more risk to get injury, yup. In different cases, some runners run with heels when they warm up,if they run slowly with toe it might give an injury, but like you said, landing with mid foot first is the best and efficient method of running.
