Hello World! Actually, the main reason  I create this blog to give me more spirits to become an excellent runner. Its also as my running info's collection and I want to make it as my training data records too. In easy words, this is my spirits running reports!.  For the first post, i want to tell you a little bit about me.
6 years ago I was an athlete in my school specifically in short distance, (100 & 200metres), but I also love to run long distance like 5k n 10k, and its an old story , n now I start running again after had a long time resting, not active in sports and smoking..huhu.. I start running and become a runner again coz recently I've joined the running competition in my university, its 7km race, n the result is worst for me, Im only in 25th place and my time is 30minutes, it was to slow compare to 6years ago, and from that its realized me that how bad my health condition after long time not active in this field , I realized that I've to do something, I didn't want to destroy myself! n from that I quit smoking n start to improve n repair my body..n now ,slowly I practice to run everyday,n the only words I want to say are I want to be an excellent runner!!..:>
