how many calories will burn when i run 100metres??i wanna loose my weight..

ok,normally for woman, if u run about 14-15 seconds in 100m, 4-5 calories burned..for men, if u run 10,11 or 12 seconds, 3-4 calories will burn..to burn more calories, u have to repeat your run up to 10times, or in my view, better u run 1mile everyday, u have to start it slowly..tq.

5 calories lol.so, i have to run 1600m to loose 1kg..
